I noticed with much interest of vacancies in your country to be filled, I now humbly submit in my application. I am a Ugandan national; a social work professional holding an Undergraduate Degree of Economics and Statistics and Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation.
I am particularly interested in this role because of my technical expertise in developing and implementing efficient and cost-effective monitoring and evaluation strategies to ensure that project results are reliably documented, shared, and communicated to facilitate appropriate decision making and accountability.
I have four years excellent skills and experience setting up Result Based M&E system with vase experience on both the quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, close attention to detail, and coupled by my ability to effectively coordinate, supervise, and build capacity of staff/colleagues on the new tools/instruments, Information systems developed and support the projects to achieve its objectives in carrying out its intervention, with exposure and experience in project cycle management and design and implementation of M&E systems and M&E methodologies, tools.

I believe I have gained considerable skills and vital experience necessary to make a very significant contribution to this position.
