My first experience was as a care giver. Her husband was her only support, she had no family or friends to help. I had recently moved to that area and it quickly became difficult for them both. To allow him some free time , i was hired to sit with her during her lunch hour. I would arrive at 11;00 am and prepare her food, give her pills, visit with her watch the Golden Girls, her favorite show.

I believe that my excellent interpersonal skills, education and personal care experience makes me suitable for the job. my professional background has provided me with exceptional knowledge and the confidence needed to properly assist people with their personal care needs. I also fulfil several key requirements, having performed a variety of tasks for patients such as grooming, bathing, dressing and assisting with ambulation. Additionally I am well versed with dietary aspects necessary for planning, preparation and serving meals.
