Administer medications as prescribed (both oral and by injection) and document them after administering.
Assist patients with personal care
Provide Personal Care and support to patients.
Always ensured patients’ safety, comfort and dignity.
Escort patients to see Doctors on appointment days.
Supporting patients with social and physical activities.
Preparation of meals.
Feeding patients when necessary.
Ensuring maintenance and upkeep of patient rooms and surroundings to promote patient safety.
