During my time as a caregiver, I had the opportunity to work closely with elderly individuals in both residential and healthcare settings. My main responsibilities included providing personal care assistance, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their independence.

- Assisted with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure the comfort and hygiene of the elderly residents.
- Supported individuals with mobility challenges, utilizing appropriate transfer techniques and mobility aids when necessary.
- Monitored vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse, and promptly reported any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administered medications following the prescribed schedule, adhering to proper dosage and documentation procedures.
- Assisted with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring that specific dietary requirements and preferences were met.
- Engaged residents in meaningful social interactions, providing companionship and emotional support.
